Plan for 20-30 minutes per executive. That covers two or three looks, outfit changes, and live review on the studio monitor. For full leadership-team shoots in a Center City office I usually budget a half-day if you're under 12 people, full-day for the C-suite plus the SVP layer.

Center City Executives Photograph for STRANGERS
Center City executives don't run businesses among neighbors. Your photograph travels — to the analyst on the JPMorgan call who'll never visit Philadelphia, to the regional press release picked up in three cities you've never set foot in, to the LinkedIn profile of the prospective client who lives in Charlotte. The audience is wider, more anonymous, and more reliant on a single image than a Main Line executive's audience will ever be.
That changes what the portrait has to do. It has to communicate command presence in a vacuum — without the dinner-party context, without the kickoff handshake, without the years of relationship that fill in the rest of the story. Your face is doing more work for you per square inch than it does for anyone you actually meet in person.
I direct for that audience: clean, decisive presence with enough warmth that you don't read as inaccessible. I work in the towers throughout Center City — Comcast, FMC, Two Liberty, One Liberty, BNY Mellon, the law buildings around Independence Mall, the finance and biotech offices in University City and Cira Centre — and I bring full studio lighting so the result reads consistent whether your portrait sits next to a peer photographed in a Manhattan studio or a peer photographed at home with a ring light.
Your Philadelphia EXECUTIVE PHOTOGRAPHER
I've photographed executives at firms across the Center City finance, law, and consulting community — from the financial advisory and wealth-management partners spread across Vanguard, Morgan Stanley, and Edward Jones to the leadership of Philadelphia's law and accounting firms based out of the Comcast, FMC, and Liberty Place towers. 5,500 professionals photographed across Greater Philadelphia, 175 five-star Google reviews.
My studio is at Eagle Yards in Wayne — a 25-minute drive from Center City via I-76, or a 30-minute regional rail ride to the Wayne stop on the Paoli/Thorndale line. For most C-suite clients, the on-site option is cleaner: I bring full studio lighting to your office, photograph the executive team in a conference room, and you don't lose anyone for more than a lunch break.
Executive Headshot Questions
Yes — most of my Philadelphia executive work is on-site. I bring full studio lighting, a backdrop, the tethered laptop, a steamer, and a mirror, and I set up in any conference room or empty office. I've worked in the Comcast Tower, FMC Tower, Two Liberty, One Liberty, BNY Mellon Center, and the law buildings around Independence Mall — most have loading-dock or freight-elevator policies I'm familiar with.
Audience. Center City executives are photographed for press, regulators, national analyst calls, and prospective clients in cities they'll never visit. Main Line executives are photographed for people who already know them. The Center City portrait has to do all the relationship-building work in one image — clean, decisive command presence, with enough warmth that you don't read as inaccessible. I direct for both audiences, but the calibration is different.
Any conference room or empty office with about 10 feet by 10 feet of clear space and a power outlet. I prefer rooms with a wall I can use as the backdrop position; the actual backdrop is portable. Most Center City buildings have rooms that work — corner offices are perfect, large conference rooms are even better. Setup takes about 30 minutes, breakdown about 20.
Standard delivery is 3-5 business days for fully retouched files via secure download link. Rush (24-48 hour) delivery is available for an additional fee. If you're under deadline, call or text the studio number directly rather than booking online — I can usually find a same-week opening if I know it's time-critical.
