Studio Sessions

Professional headshots in Philadelphia typically cost $200–$800 per session at the studio level, depending on how the photographer structures the session and image delivery. At Images by IBA there are three sessions, each with retouched images included: Essential is $395 (1 image), Professional is $595 (3 images, multiple looks), and Executive is $795 (5 images, multiple looks and backgrounds). Every session includes tethered live monitoring and expert direction, and you pick your favorites on the spot. Additional retouched images are $100 each. Monthly Express Sessions are $250 for one look and one image. Group and team coverage runs $1,500 (up to 10 people) to $5,000 (up to 60). All pricing is transparent and listed on this page — no quote forms, no hidden minimums.

Yes. Every session includes a set number of retouched images — 1 with Essential, 3 with Professional, 5 with Executive. Right after we wrap, we sit down at the studio and go through every image together. If you want more than your session includes, you add them on the spot at $100 each — pick one more, pick five more, decided right then. No gallery to wait on, no second-guessing later.

If you need something quicker than a full session, Express sessions ($250 for one look, one retouched image) run one day each month.

Plenty — and I never rush you. Most clients are in and out in about 30 minutes for an Essential session, closer to an hour for Professional, and up to about an hour and a half for Executive, which builds in time for multiple looks and wardrobe changes. Plan your day around roughly that, and we'll take whatever time we need to get it right.

Yes — and fast. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days, and retouched files can be delivered as soon as 24 hours when you're on deadline (rush is available for an additional fee). Real retouching by me, not an AI filter — just quicker than you'd expect. Tell me your timeline and I'll make it work.

Happens often. If a decision-maker isn't in the room — your agent, your spouse, your brand or marketing lead — and you'd like their input before I retouch your finals, I'll send a private preview link with 8 to 12 lightly edited options for them to review with you. You send back your three, I do the full retouching and deliver.

Honest tradeoff: this adds about a week to your timeline because we're doing two rounds of editing instead of one. Worth it when there's a real decision-maker outside the studio. Less ideal if you're under deadline — in that case, bring the decision-maker with you, or trust your gut on the day. Either path works; just helps to know which one you want before we start.

I accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session date. Corporate clients can arrange invoicing for team sessions.
