A 10×10 foot space and an outlet — that's it. Break rooms, kennels, cat wards, isolation, storage rooms, reception areas, lobbies, treatment areas, exam rooms, laundry rooms, and yes — even the Creepy Basement. If your clinic has a corner, I can make it work.

Professional On-Site Headshots for Veterinary Teams
Veterinary Headshots
I Speak Vet. I bring the studio to your clinic.
I'm a vet of 30+ years who photographs veterinary teams on-site at clinics, hospitals, and conferences. I bring full studio lighting, set up in a 10×10 corner, and need 5-10 minutes per person — your team stays on the floor. I've photographed teams across Philadelphia, the Main Line, King of Prussia, and at major veterinary conferences nationally. Pricing is custom-quoted by clinic.
About Isolde Baylor VMD
I Speak Vet. I'm Isolde Baylor, VMD. Over my 30-year veterinary career I've worn most of the hats: cage cleaner and floor sweeper, ICU assistant, overnight ER doctor, stressed-out working mom, GP surgeon, medical director in corporate practice, and now relief vet.
I'm also a Headshot Crew Associate photographer, trained in modern lighting and posing. Combined, that means I know what your hospital actually looks like at 2pm on a Tuesday — and I know how to make a great photo of your team in 5 minutes so they can get back to it. I've photographed clinic teams across the country, including at major veterinary conferences.
Your Space, MY MASTERY
A 10×10 foot space and an outlet — that's all I need. I've set up in break rooms, kennels, cat wards, isolation, storage rooms, reception areas, lobbies, treatment areas, exam rooms, laundry rooms, and yes — even the Creepy Basement.
I bring everything: lights, backdrops, modifiers, the works. I don't need your wifi, your conference room, or your "good light by the window." I just need a corner.
How a Clinic Session WORKS
You decide three things:
The day (and whether it's a half or full visit)
Who's getting photographed
Scrubs, business attire, or both
I handle the rest:
Pre-session style guide for your team
Schedule worked around your appointment book
Setup and breakdown in your space
Direction so even the camera-shy look great
On-the-spot review — pick favorites then and there
Retouched gallery delivered in 5-7 business days
Your entire team — same lighting, same quality, same standard. Updated website, updated LinkedIn, updated lobby wall — all from one visit.
No more mismatched staff page.
Built for VETERINARY WORKFLOW
Built Around Your Schedule
Workflow options for teams of every size and budget. Consistent style that matches your clinic branding and grows with your team — every new hire matches the existing gallery.
Fast — Like, Vet-Med Fast
5-10 minutes per person. Take the stress out of planning the day. Doctors get pulled, techs are mid-dental, receptionists are on hold with the pharmacy — I work around all of it. Pets in the photos? Yes please.
You See It On Site
Everyone reviews their photos as they're taken and picks their favorites in the moment — no disappointments later, no messy galleries to sort through. It's time to show the world how awesome your team is.
Veterinary Team PORTFOLIO
Built for Every CLINIC TYPE
General Practice
Small animal, mixed practice, exotics. Whether you're solo doctor or a 30-person hospital, I scale the day to your team and your patient flow.
Emergency & Critical Care
I worked overnight ER for years — I know how unpredictable your day is. I schedule loose, work fast, and don't get in the way when a real emergency walks in.
Specialty & Referral Hospitals
Surgery, internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, dermatology — multi-service hospitals with diverse teams need consistent imagery across every department.
Corporate & Multi-Location Groups
Same lighting and style across every location. Roll out updated team photos to 3 hospitals or 30 — the brand stays unified.
Conferences & Industry Events
Headshot booths at VMX, AAHA, NAVC, AVMA, regional conferences, and continuing education events. Same-day LinkedIn-ready delivery available.
Veterinary Industry & Suppliers
Pharma reps, equipment vendors, distributors, consultants — anyone in the veterinary space who needs portraits that resonate with the audience they're selling to.
Everyone knows you need to update the website and team photos. The logistics are like herding cats — coordinating schedules, deciding what to wear, getting the clinic dog to cooperate, coaxing reluctant team members in front of the camera.
I bring the studio to your hospital and make it an easy, relaxed day for everyone. The experience makes your team feel like celebrities. The pictures show your clients and your future hires exactly how good your team is.
As The VetMed Photographer I know how vet med works — and I know how to showcase your team and your hospital's best side.
A Vet Behind THE CAMERA
I'm Isolde Baylor, VMD. I graduated from Penn Vet, did emergency medicine for years, then GP surgery, then ran clinics as medical director. I've been the new associate, the burnout case, the doctor scrubbing in at 3am, and the boss managing it all.
That experience is why this works. I know what your team is dealing with. I know why the head tech can't be away from the floor for more than ten minutes. I know which DVM is going to roll their eyes at "smile naturally." And I know how to get the great photo anyway.
I'm a Headshot Crew Associate photographer trained in modern lighting and direction — the same techniques I use for executives at Fortune 500s. Your clinic team gets the same studio quality, on-site, on your schedule.
Two careers. One set of skills. Team photos that finally match how good your hospital actually is.

Veterinary Headshot QUESTIONS
5-10 minutes per person. I work fast because your team can't be off the floor. Doctors get pulled to emergencies, techs are mid-dental, receptionists are answering phones — I schedule around your workflow, not the other way around.
Yes — and they should be. Some of the best veterinary team photos include the clinic cat, a tech holding a patient, or a doctor with their own dog. I bring 30+ years of veterinary experience to handling animals on set, so even the squirmy ones get a great shot.
Two options: I can schedule a short follow-up visit, or new hires can come to my Wayne, PA studio for an individual session. Either way, the lighting and style match — your team gallery stays consistent as it grows.
Yes. Greater Philadelphia, Main Line, King of Prussia, Wayne, Radnor, Center City, and surrounding suburbs. I also travel further — to New Jersey, Delaware, and to major veterinary conferences nationally.
Standard delivery is 5-7 business days for fully retouched headshots in a private online gallery. Rush delivery is available on request. For conference booths, I offer same-day delivery so attendees walk out with their photo ready for LinkedIn.
Either clinic uniforms or business attire, depending on how you want your team to come across. Scrubs work great for warmth and approachability; lab coats or business clothes lean more clinical and authoritative. Many clinics do both — same lighting, two looks per person. I'll send a style guide before the session.
