I allocate 10-15 minutes per person for corporate headshots, which includes setup, multiple poses, and on-site review. A team of 10 typically takes about 2 hours; 25 people fits comfortably in a half-day. I handle all the scheduling logistics so your team just shows up at their assigned time.

How many people can you photograph in one day?

For on-site corporate photography, I can photograph up to 60 people in a full day while maintaining executive portrait quality for each person. For larger groups or conference headshot stations, I can accommodate 100+ people with streamlined 5-minute sessions and same-day delivery options.

What should my team wear for professional headshots?

Solid colors photograph best — navy, charcoal, burgundy, and jewel tones are universally flattering. Avoid busy patterns, logos, and bright white (which can wash out on camera). I send a detailed style guide before your session with specific recommendations based on your industry and brand.

Do you travel outside Philadelphia for on-location photography?

Yes! On-site photography is included throughout the Greater Philadelphia area — Main Line, King of Prussia, Wayne, Radnor, Center City, and surrounding suburbs.
