Sessions run 5–10 minutes per person. They see their frames live on the monitor, pick favorites during the session, and walk back to their desk knowing exactly which photos they'll get. No emails back and forth weeks later.
I handle building security check-in, freight elevator coordination, equipment setup, day-of scheduling, and load-out. All your office provides is a 10×10 space, a power outlet, and a sign-up sheet. Most teams use a conference room or empty office.
On-Site Philadelphia Questions
Yes — that's the point. I bring full strobes, a calibrated tethered monitor, and a real backdrop. The only difference is your team doesn't have to leave the building. Side-by-side, no one can tell which photos were taken on-site versus in my Wayne studio.
I arrive 30–60 minutes before the first session and break down in about 30 minutes after the last. For a full team day, plan on 8 AM arrival for 9 AM first session, 5 PM last session ending at 5:30.
Half-day (up to 25 people) is $2,500. Full-day (up to 50 people) is $5,000. Headshot Event Booth (full-day, attendee retouching included) is $6,000/day. All include retouched files delivered in 3–5 business days. For a single executive on-site, I quote separately.
